I liked it over all, but it's about 90 seconds too long. I haven't played Mega Man 9 yet. Perhaps there's another song in the game that you could use to create a medley with this song to keep it past four minutes?

The arrangement in the first part of this song is great. Since floorswine said he's from vgmusic, which is a MIDI site, he's obviously adept at using a very limited file format to express his ideas. The arrangement is strong enough that it's easy to overlook the production difficulties.
But I still think the song might have been a little too long. There are some parts where it becomes a little repetitive. But I can deal with a song that's too long - short songs that squander their potential bother me a lot more.
