Only one complaint

You said you were trying to get a cinematic feel here, and that's definitely what you achieved. At times, I thought I was listening to a live orchestra. But I can't rate the song seven stars for two reasons:
- This site would lose all credibility if one of its first two songs was rated a 7 :)
- The synth/techno samples around 3:20 cause this song to lose its cinematic feel.
I don't think that a note in this arrangement should be changed, but I thought that a different choice of instrument around 3:20 and afterward might better keep the listener in that cinematic frame. If you want to hear another similar song that really bothered me with the same issue, listen to the "Main Theme" from the Lost Odyssey Original Soundtrack, by Nobuo Uematsu. I heard that performed live with just the orchestra and it sounded great, but I thought the synth sound detracted from how otherwise incredible that song is.
Then again, others might prefer the style I'm criticizing, so feel free to ignore me if you like.
Updated: I changed my mind. Even though I have these few minor issues, this song is a 7. I listened to it several times and it is still fresh.
