I submitted a support request to Lunarpages because the batch processing jobs that do things like convert new songs to MP3 format, update albums, and determine promotions, have all stopped running. This appears to be a server problem on their end.

They usually take about 6-12 hours to respond, so hopefully they respond quickly and this is an easy fix. Until then, the site might not display the latest data.
