A medley of three songs from the Armored Core series in this order: 5.5 (from AC Last Raven), Panther (from AC4) and Move the Car (from AC Silent Line).

All guitar parts were played on a custom Fender Strat. The Strat has a Roland MIDI pickup mounted near the bridge, as well as MIDI controls mounted near the volume and tone knobs. Using the same custom Stat, I was able to play all keyboard and synth parts on the guitar with the MIDI pickup driving external VST synths on my PC. For most of the synths I used Oatmeal.

I've always wanted to do a medley of songs from Armored Core. Most of the music is techno/trance/electronica, with minimal amounts of live guitar. I used to jam along with a playlist of songs from various AC games, trying to figure out which songs would best lead into other ones.

The title is derived from the two of the best weapons in the series: the "MOONLIGHT" sword, and the "KARASAWA" laser rifle.

The SFX in the background are battle sounds taken from Armored Core 3, with a little delay and reverb added to spice them up.
