Awesome!  This reminds me of when I first played the game, because it brings out the best part - the atmosphere of being underground on a creepy world.  The only thing I noticed was that, at the beginning of the piece, it sounded as if my speakers were redlining and becoming distorted.  Maybe that's intentional, or maybe it's my speakers.

I like how this mix doesn't just stick to the melody and instead expands upon it.  I don't know how I missed this one when it was first posted, but highly recommended.

This is an old tune I had on VGMix 2 from 2005. My personal favourite remix from that year, I think. Unless I can remember another one. Probably not. This song features lots of distorted drums, poor-ish mixing, and Slayer 2! Though this is the best sounding I think I've ever gotten Slayer 2 to sound. Used a shitton of pitch bending to get what I wanted.
