Spaces in filenames cause upload errors

Prince of Darkness recently notified me of an issue where file uploads fail when spaces are present in the filename of the file being uploaded. To work around this issue, simply rename the file to be uploaded and remove the spaces from the filename.

Prince should be congratulated for finding a reproducible case for this error. The bug has been present for months, but it wasn't until now that we were able to determine that spaces in the filename were the problem. I submitted a bug report to swfupload, the creator of the upload tool, and hope to hear back from them soon with a solution.
