Resolved upload issues, now IE6 compatible

Historical announcement; references to uploads, registration and other interactive services describe the original site.

The upload issues with older versions of Internet Explorer should now be resolved, and we didn't have to replace the progress bar plugin, either. The site has also been changed to remove unnecessary Javascript code, which should cause it to load more quickly in most browsers.

The removal of this code makes the site viewable in IE6, although it won't look or feel as great in the other versions. If you use IE6, you don't have any excuses for not uploading your songs anymore!
